Congratulations TJ & Christie!

Congratulations TJ & Christie at St. Chris in Vandalia

If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you might recognize Christie & TJ
from their Central Park engagement session a few weeks ago.

They were married here in Dayton this past weekend, and one of my favorite moments happened during the reception. They took a moment to recognize both sets of parents for celebrating their 30th wedding anniversaries this year. It was followed by a special dance with all three couples. The respect and love could be felt by everyone in the room.

Both parents of the bride & groom celebrate 30th anniversaries at Moraine Country Club in Dayton, OH

Congratulations to ALL of you! ♥

Peony Love by Andrea Doziér Photography

After months of anticipation & planning, I get excited to see wedding invitations arrive!

I’ll be visiting New York to photograph this wedding and an engagement session at the end of July. As I am planning this trip to NY, I wanted to open some dates for portrait bookings. I am excited to come to the city for the first time
and have some flexibility with my time there.

Yesterday I had the honor of capturing Brandon & Taryn’s beautiful wedding.

brandon and taryn

Taryn is a cystic fibrosis fighter, and it’s been a gift to get to know her over the last month.
We were able to squeeze in an engagement session the day before she went into the hospital to get strong for her wedding.
She has inspired me & reminded me what a privilege it is to be a photographer.
It was incredible to see all the people who love & support them surrounding them during the celebration yesterday,
I’m so happy to have been part of their story. ♥

Thanks to Caitlin, of Simply Photography, for donating her time & talent with me.

I keep coming back to this image from Jeremy & Erin’s wedding.

It captures all the wonder, love, excitement, and beauty of her dad helping her out of the vintage car so that
she could walk down the aisle to become a wife.

Another reason I keep coming back to it & feel so proud of it, is because it was captured by my assistant & sister, Abby.
I love that she brings another perspective to our weddings & can capture moments like this. ♥
